The fourth quarter of 2021 saw some interesting trends among the top medical apps on the Android platform in Norway. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at the performance of the top 5 apps: Helsenorge, PatientSky, Hjelp 113, Kry - Healthcare by video, and HelseRespons.
Helsenorge experienced a varied trend in weekly downloads, starting strong with 6.1K in late September and peaking at 7K in early October. However, by the end of December, downloads had decreased to just under 3K. Weekly active users for Helsenorge remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the 35K to 40K mark throughout the quarter.
PatientSky had a more modest performance with weekly downloads starting at 1.7K in late September and gradually decreasing to around 900 by the end of December. Active users followed a similar downward trend, starting at 3.3K and ending the quarter at roughly 2.3K.
Hjelp 113 saw its weekly downloads peak at 1.7K in early October but experienced a decline thereafter, reaching as low as 627 in late December. The app’s active user base fluctuated slightly, starting at 8K and ending the quarter at 7K.
Kry - Healthcare by video showed a more erratic download pattern, with numbers ranging from 1.2K in late September to a low of 386 in late November, before recovering to 685 by the end of December. Active users for Kry also saw a decline over the quarter, starting at 1.7K and ending at just over 1K.
HelseRespons maintained a relatively stable download rate, starting at 800 in late September and ending the quarter at 502. Active users for HelseRespons remained steady throughout the quarter, hovering around the 3.5K to 4K range.
